Meet Helena - Counsellor/Psychotherapist

Helena qualified with  a first class honours degree in Integrative Relational Psychotherapy and Counselling. She is a registered member of the BACP. She has experience helping clients at a busy NHS GP Practice and a large London University. She works with a wide variety of struggles from OCD, PTSD, Trauma, Childhood Trauma, Loss and Bereavement, Self Harm, Depression, Anxiety and Low mood.

Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and  helping you to navigate through to a more settled frame of mind.

Three months on from our sessions, and I am still feeling the transformative effects of counselling.
