    Who We Are

    Meet Helena - Counsellor/Psychotherapist

    Helena qualified with  a first class honours degree in Integrative Relational Psychotherapy and Counselling. She is a registered member of the BACP. She has experience helping clients at a busy NHS GP Practice and a large London University. She works with a wide variety of struggles from OCD, PTSD, Trauma, Childhood Trauma, Loss and Bereavement, Self Harm, Depression, Anxiety and Low mood.

    Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and  helping you to navigate through to a more settled frame of mind.

    The initial consultation is designed to get an idea of the difficulties you are currently grappling with. In the session, you will be asked

     about your background and medical history. It can sometimes be a bit daunting meeting a therapist for the first time but we want to assure you that we will endeavor to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Confidentiality is of paramount importance and as such you will find the space very secure and friendly. 

    Weekly Sessions

    £65

    This is an opportunity to focus a bit more broadly on your mental wellbeing. You may feel unsure of where to start. Having more time, allows you to explore not only your present difficulties but also perhaps when and where they began. Therapy helps you gain insight into your internal mental and emotional processes. We lead busy lives and very rarely do we take time to consider why we feel the way we do. Gaining insight will help you regain some control and choice over how you feel.

    On-line Therapy

    £65

    I offer secure online consultations for those individuals who have difficulty getting to the appointments. The process will be no different from the face to face sessions.
